Cara mengganti panah pada mouse di blog

Mau tau cara mengganti pointer mouse ?

Caranya : - Login Blogger anda
                - Buka Blog anda
                - Lalu tekan desain
                - pastinya klick tambah gadget
                - lalu klik HTML/Java Script
                - lalu isi yang code code di bawah ke konten
